Is housing provided?
We offer limited company-provided housing for select seasonal positions during the cruise season. Housing is intended to support out-of-area employees and is subject to availability. Details regarding cost, location, and eligibility will be provided during the hiring process.
Is seasonal or part-time work available?
The majority of our positions are seasonal. We offer both full-time and part-time roles, perfect for students, retirees, or anyone seeking flexible work. These positions are vital to our guest experience and offer a great way to be part of our vibrant team during the busy cruise season.

CDL Shuttle Bus Driver

Primary Role: Transport cruise passengers safely and efficiently between the cruise terminal and downtown Sitka.
Description:CDL Shuttle Bus Drivers operate full-size passenger buses on a fixed route between the Sitka Sound Cruise Terminal and downtown. Drivers provide friendly guest service, ensure passenger safety, maintain schedules during high-volume port calls, and assist with boarding and accessibility needs. A valid CDL with passenger endorsement is required.
