CDL Shuttle Bus Driver

Primary Role: Transport cruise passengers safely and efficiently between the cruise terminal and downtown Sitka. Description:CDL Shuttle Bus Drivers operate full-size passenger buses on a fixed route between the Sitka Sound Cruise Terminal and downtown. Drivers provide friendly guest service, ensure passenger safety, maintain schedules during high-volume port calls, and assist with boarding and accessibility needs. A valid CDL with passenger endorsement is required.
Primary Role: Provide accessible transportation for guests with mobility needs. Description:ADA Shuttle Drivers operate smaller, lift-equipped buses to serve passengers requiring wheelchair access or additional assistance. This role focuses on guest care, safe operation of ADA equipment, and timely transport between the cruise terminal and downtown. DOT medical certification and clean driving record required.
Primary Role: Manage passenger flow and ensure efficient shuttle loading. Description:Ground Support team members organize shuttle queues, verify reservations, assist guests with boarding, communicate with drivers, and maintain safe, orderly loading zones at both the terminal and downtown stop. This is a high-energy, guest-facing role ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors and with people.
Theater Ticket Sales Associate – Alaska Odyssey Dome

Primary Role: Sell tickets and promote immersive dome experiences onsite. Description:The Theater Sales Associate engages directly with cruise guests to promote and sell tickets for the Alaska Odyssey Dome shows, including the Alaska Raptor Experience and feature films. This role requires strong communication skills, cash handling, POS operation, and enthusiasm for Alaska wildlife and storytelling.
Primary Role: Assist with safe mooring and un-mooring of visiting cruise ships.Description:Line Handlers play a critical role in safely securing cruise ships to the floating docks during arrival and departure. Duties include handling mooring lines, communicating with ship and dock teams, and working in all weather conditions. This role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and strong situational awareness.
